Role Overview: As a Senior Tax Return Preparer, your main responsibility will involve leading a team of 4-5 professionals, overseeing intricate tax return preparation and bookkeeping tasks. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, your role will include ensuring timely service delivery, resolving queries, and maintaining accuracy in all deliverables. Additionally, you will be involved in training and mentoring new team members and contributing towards enhancing workflow efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and prepare complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, and companies. - Review bookkeeping, BAS, and IAS reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Manage client relationships, ensuring prompt responses to queries and smooth service delivery. - Conduct training sessions for new team members and provide continuous mentorship. - Offer strategic guidance to enhance workflows, communication, and team productivity. - Identify areas for process improvements to boost overall efficiency.
