Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct Statutory Audits, Income Tax Audits, Financial Statement Audits, and other assignments as assigned by seniors.
  • Maintain audit working papers including accurate records of client workings, procedures performed, etc.
  • Prepare drafts of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements, notes to accounts, tax computations.
  • File Income Tax Returns & Forms, GST Returns & Forms, TDS Returns, ROC Forms.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by seniors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.Com degree from a recognized university.
  • CA/CS/CMA Inter qualification is preferred.
  • Prior CA articleship experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, Companies Act 2013 & Rules, Income Tax Act 1961 & Rules, GST Act 2017 & Rules, etc. and form/return filing procedures under Income Tax & GST.
  • At least 1 year experience in accounting or auditing with a focus on Statutory Audit, Income Tax Audit, GST Return filing, Income Tax Return filing, etc.
