You will be responsible for reviewing pre and post transaction alerts from an AML perspective. It is essential to ensure that appropriate systems, procedures, and controls are in place and operating efficiently for Trade. Timely submissions of monthly MIS related to Trade AML alerts and reports to management are crucial. You will coordinate the rollout across all markets in alignment with the group implementation plan. In this role, you will also be coordinating IT initiatives and issues concerning systems used by Operations/AML Advisors. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating BCP/DR testing and taking appropriate measures to manage crisis situations effectively. Building skills and talent through local/international certifications related to AML will be a key focus. Initiating and driving operational excellence activities will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring acceptable audit ratings for the unit and timely resolution of audit and AML risk-related issues is imperative. Providing inputs to the training team on AML as needed and conducting regular connects with the operations team in Trade to share cases and new learnings are essential. Your role will also involve ensuring low levels of attrition in the AML team and conducting regular skip levels with the staff to maintain high employee morale. Keeping the team updated on important aspects of AML policies and procedures periodically to ensure that the entire team is well-informed about current policies will be part of your duties.,
