You will be expected to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and protocols throughout all production processes. This includes managing and organizing all quality-related documentation such as SOPs, batch records, and quality manuals. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising product testing to guarantee that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications. Your role will also involve monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality policies, as well as preparing for and participating in internal and external audits. You will need to proactively identify areas for improvement in quality processes and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality continuously. Collaboration with production, R&D, and other departments is essential to integrate quality assurance into all aspects of operations effectively. Furthermore, you will be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff on quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements to ensure a high level of understanding and compliance within the team. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. A thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
