Job Description – Audit Executive (Accountant)

Location: Lucknow

Position: Audit Executive (Accountant)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (preferably in Audit)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Audit Executive (Accountant) to join our growing team at FMCG Industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting tasks along with audit-related assignments. The role will involve travelling for audits(expenses sponsored by the company).

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits of company branches and accounts.
Review and verify financial statements, vouchers, invoices, and other records.
Ensure compliance with statutory laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
Assist in preparing and finalizing audit reports with observations.
Identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective measures.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.
Maintain proper documentation of audit working papers.
Travel to different company locations for audit assignments.

Requirements:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
2–3 years of proven experience in Accounting & Audit.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing standards.
Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail with high integrity and confidentiality.
Willingness to travel for audit-related work.
Prior experience in the FMCG sector will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
