Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct
regular inspections and audits of warehouses
and storage locations.
Perform
material audits
, including physical verification of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and scrap.
Ensure
material inspection
for quantity, quality, identification, and proper storage as per defined standards.
Carry out
warehouse inspections
to check layout, safety, housekeeping, and material handling practices.
Prepare
audit reports
, document observations, discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with
stores, production, and finance teams
for audit closures and corrective actions.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
inventory control and warehouse operations
.
Hands-on experience in
material audit and physical verification.
Good understanding of
manufacturing processes and material flow
.
Willingness to
travel to warehouses and plants
frequently.
