Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Audiologist to join our team in Pune on a full-time basis. This mid-level position involves working closely with patients to deliver top-tier audiological services. If you are skilled in hearing aid fitting, audiological assessments, and tinnitus management, we invite you to contribute your expertise to a team focused on enhancing the quality of life for our patients through superior hearing care solutions. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in hearing aid fitting to provide tailored solutions that meet individual patient needs effectively. Expertise in conducting comprehensive audiological assessments to accurately diagnose and manage auditory disorders. Skills in tinnitus management, employing therapeutic techniques to alleviate symptoms and improve patient outcomes. Strong communication abilities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and explain findings to patients clearly. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality while adhering to ethical standards and industry best practices. Capacity to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced clinical environment. Eagerness to stay updated with the latest audiological research and technological advancements to enhance patient care. Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with patients to ensure a comfortable and supportive environment. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct detailed hearing and balance assessments, utilizing the latest audiometric equipment and methodologies. Interpret assessment results to diagnose auditory conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. Manage hearing aid fitting sessions, customizing device settings to align with patients lifestyle and needs. Provide ongoing support and follow-up care to ensure optimal device performance and patient satisfaction. Implement tinnitus management strategies to help patients cope with and manage their symptoms effectively. Maintain detailed patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes for internal use and wider healthcare networks. Contribute to patient education by conducting workshops or information sessions about hearing loss and device care. Stay informed about industry advancements, participating in professional development to uphold standards of excellence in audiological care.
