Key Responsibilities:

Training & Education

• Conduct in-person/online product training for new launches and updates
  
• Organize refresher courses for partner clinics and dealers
  
• Deliver sessions on fitting protocols, counseling, and patient handling
  
• Create and maintain localized training materials and manuals
  

Technical Support

• Provide real-time support during fittings and troubleshooting
  
• Resolve queries on software, wireless accessories, and connectivity
  
• Coordinate with global teams for advanced technical issues
  
• Visit clinics to assist with setups or critical cases
  

Product Demonstrations & Fittings

• Support live product demos and first-time fittings
  
• Train professionals on earmold selection, BTE/RIC fittings, and custom products
  
• Promote best practices in REMs, speech mapping, and counseling
  

Market Feedback & Development

• Gather audiologist and user feedback to improve products and training
  
• Track industry trends and suggest localized content improvements
  
• Support product teams with competitor analysis and feature suggestions
  

Internal Team Collaboration

• Train internal sales teams and new joiners on audiology and product knowledge
  
• Join sales heads for customer visits and training roadshows
  
• Assist in creating content for marketing materials (videos, brochures, campaigns)
