Job Title: AV Programmer Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹8 – ₹10 LPA (based on experience) Company: Orchids Network & Systems India Pvt Ltd Job Description: We are hiring an experienced AV Programmer to join our Audio-Visual Integration Team at our Bangalore (HSR Layout) office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in AV system programming, particularly with control platforms like Crestron , AMX , or Extron . Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement control code for commercial AV systems. Program and configure systems using Crestron (SIMPL, Studio, VTPro-e) , AMX , or Extron . Integrate AV systems with third-party devices (VC systems, lighting, automation). Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely execution. Troubleshoot issues onsite or remotely during installation or support. Document programming codes, configurations, and system layout. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in AV programming and system integration. Strong hands-on knowledge of Crestron, AMX, or Extron programming. Familiarity with AV networking, IP configuration , and audio DSPs . Strong diagnostic and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred: Certifications in Crestron/AMX/Extron are a plus. Experience in video conferencing solutions , touch panels , and DSP programming .
