Audio Visual (LED Wall) Technician

We are looking for a skilled Audio Visual Technician to join our dynamic team and help us continue to provide top-notch services.We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Technician to set up, operate, and maintain audio and video equipment for live events, conferences, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate audio-visual equipment including led walls, microphones, projectors, video screens, speakers, and soundboards.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and clients to understand AV requirements and provide technical support.
• Setting up and performing electrical wiring, programming, and basic construction according to layout diagrams and schedules.
• Running tests on videos, audio, and signals and troubleshooting any problems that arise.
• Manage live audio and video feeds and execute a flawless event, meeting client's standard.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events.
• Disassembling equipment, wiring, and support tools in a safe manner.
• Performing inventory management on equipment, wiring, and accessories.
• Ensure all AV equipment is in good working order and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Maintain an inventory of AV equipment and ensure it is stored properly.
• Carrying out any cleaning, maintenance, or repairs on audiovisual equipment.
• Generating expense reports for management.
• Stay updated with the latest AV technology trends and advancements.
  

Qualifications:

• Degree, diploma or ITI training in electronics, electrical, audio visual technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Audio Visual Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment and technology (lighting and camera techniques).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Strong working knowledge of audiovisual editing equipment and software.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and flexibility.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
