3D Motion Graphics Designer

You will be part of a new creative division dedicated to providing cutting-edge visual content solutions for the events industry. This includes a wide range of services such as architectural visualization, concert visuals, projection mapping, immersive experiences, and retail content. Your responsibilities will involve designing high-quality 3D motion graphics and animation content for various events, concerts, and immersive installations. You will also be tasked with creating detailed 3D visualizations and walkthroughs of event setups, stage designs, and venue layouts. In addition, you will develop projection mapping visuals in line with creative briefs and technical requirements. Collaboration with both the creative and technical teams will be essential to conceptualize and bring visual ideas to life for live shows. Furthermore, you will need to deliver final assets in optimized formats suitable for LED walls, projection systems, and multimedia playback. To excel in this role, you must stay abreast of trends and innovations in 3D design, event visuals, and motion graphics. Efficient project management skills are crucial as you will be expected to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Proficiency in software tools such as Blender, Unreal Engine for real-time rendering and immersive design, Adobe After Effects for compositing and motion graphics, and Adobe Photoshop for texture design and layout is a must. Preferred skills for this position include prior experience in the event industry, AV production, or media content creation. Knowledge of projection mapping and LED formats, as well as a basic understanding of lighting design or show control software like Resolume or MadMapper, would be advantageous. Strong storytelling and conceptual visualization abilities are also highly valued. In terms of qualifications, a degree or diploma in Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related creative field is required. Additionally, you should have a portfolio showcasing your work in 3D animations, event visuals, or immersive content.
