3D Motion Graphics Designer

Urban Company is the world's largest home services platform, operating across India, UAE, and Singapore. The company offers a wide range of services, including beauty treatments, appliance repairs, massages, home repairs, cleaning, and many others, all designed to be delivered at home in an unparalleled way. We are currently seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join the founding team of our new services and products focused on Wall Decor. As part of this team, you will be instrumental in solving the challenge of seamlessly inspiring, browsing, and helping customers choose the perfect interior design look, bringing it to life for them. Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in a motion designer role - Ability to work across a diverse set of projects and manage them effectively with proactive communication - Solid aesthetic sense with a keen eye for detail, including clean UI, typography, alignment, and colors - Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision - Ability to apply brand aesthetics and art direction to designs and a commitment to refining the output - High competency in creating motion with 3D files in Blender and/or Cinema 4D - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro - Passion for staying updated on interior design trends and wall decor or willingness to learn and grow in this domain - Experience in creating animations using Figma and Lottie is a plus Responsibilities: - Craft highly engaging CGI cinematic videos of impeccable quality and production value across various projects - Collaborate with visual designers to conceptualize and compose compelling assets and videos - Establish and document a comprehensive set of animation styles to ensure consistency across all videos, contributing to Urban Company's motion design guidelines - Stay updated on advancements in animation, motion graphics, production design, and generative AI - Develop mood boards for design ideas in the pre-production phase, including clear storylines, annotations, copy suggestions, and motion and sound references Your Role: - Collaborate with the 3D Designer to produce b-roll and/or walkthrough videos of 3D interior design spaces - Create feature launches and concept videos showcasing the Wall Panels assortment - Produce feature, launch, onboarding, and concept videos for Urban Company Home Decor's in-app product journeys As a core team member, you will: - Be part of Urban Company's core design team, shaping the future of wall decor - Deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively - Commit to deadlines, raise concerns early, and take full ownership of deliverables - Ensure top-quality craftsmanship and adherence to timelines, pushing the boundaries of excellence What to Expect: - A great work environment with massive ownership and growth opportunities - Close collaboration with the founding and leadership team on key projects - Access to the latest tools and technology provided by the company - Health insurance benefits for employees and their families - Growth opportunities within Urban Company through the internal mobility program,
