Bachelors degree /4-year college degree in Computer Science or engineering-related fields and relevant work experience. 8-10 years’ experience in total in IT services 2+ years’ experience as a Service delivery Lead. 5+ years’ experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Ability to work in complex environments with cross-platform impacts. Holds good understanding of Scrum and/or SAFE 3+ years’ experience in supervising small and large teams of leads and analysts. 3+ years’ experience in managing offshore resources and deliverables. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to discuss issues and concepts with technical and business teams 3+ years’ experience working in a top-tier consulting firm as an technical lead or above. Cloud certification or exposure and understanding in similar. Ability to conduct client interactions with assured, respectful, and tactful attitude Ability to lead discussions with senior and executive level client management
