Responsibilities
- Custom Solutions Development: Develop Forge application to support business needs and enhance Atlassian platform solution.
- Custom Solutions Development: Develop project templates, Agile workflows, and custom scripts using Scriptrunner (Groovy/JavaScript) and Atlassian API to meet unique organizational needs.
- Solutions Architecture: Design and implement end-to-end solutions, including dataflow diagrams and maintenance of AWS EC2 instances and pools.
- Cloud Integration: Deploy and manage applications on Azure Cloud/ AWS, and utilize?CI/CD pipelines for version control and automated testing.
- Solutions Architecture: Design and implement end-to-end solutions, including dataflow diagrams and maintenance of AWS EC2 instances and pools.
- Workflow Automation: Implement solutions using Azure/ AWS Apps, webhooks, and OAuth2 authentication for secure, event-driven automation.
- Data Synchronization: Ensure real-time data exchange between JIRA, Azure/ AWS DevOps, and other external systems.
- Testing & Optimization: Conduct unit and E2E testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright), optimize performance for large datasets, and ensure cross-platform compatibility.
- Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions for sectors such as finance, retail, and production management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.
- Expert-level experience with ScriptRunner for JIRA Cloud
- Advanced experience with Groovy and JIRA / Confluence REST API
- Ideal or great to have experience with using AI Models to prompt engineer effective requests to AI models to create new ScriptRunner scripts for production.
- Experience creating and maintaining ScriptRunner behavior scripts
- Experience with using JIRA expressions to create conditions/validations
- Custom development expertise or solution architect-level thinking for designing custom solutions based on complex client requirements.
- Experience with change log investigation and revert broken changes
- Experience working with massive amounts of data, especially sifting through changelog data programmatically to restore database integrity advantage
- JavaScript proficiency, especially when working with AWS Lambda.
- DynamoDB experience, mid to expert level, ability to programmatically create tables, modify data
- Experience with AWS CLI, especially for deploying from a local machine to AWS using a command line to maintain a manifest.
- Experience in programmatic provisioning of AWS resources for setting up or modifying AWS Lambda code.
