As a Full-Time STEM/Robotics/ATL Trainer at CareerNaksha, you will play a crucial role in leading hands-on STEM education and robotics workshops in schools and learning centers. Your passion for science, technology, and innovation will be essential in inspiring students from Grades 6 to 12 to explore and excel in these fields. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct engaging sessions on STEM concepts, Robotics, Coding, and ATL curriculum. - Plan and execute hands-on workshops in Atal Tinkering Labs, utilizing tools such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and Tinkercad. - Collaborate with schools to oversee ATL labs and projects effectively. - Guide students in constructing working prototypes and engaging in innovation challenges. - Develop training materials, modules, and conduct performance assessments. - Foster curiosity and creative thinking among students. - Ensure maintenance of lab equipment and uphold safety standards during sessions. **Eligibility & Requirements:** - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE, EEE, Mechanical, CS/IT) or Science with a strong STEM background. - Have at least 1 year of experience in Robotics/STEM training/ATL Lab management. - Demonstrate proficiency in basic electronics, programming (Arduino/C++/Scratch), 3D printing, and IoT concepts. - Exhibit excellent communication and classroom management skills. - Must be willing to travel locally for school visits and workshops. - Show a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
