Asst.Manager / Sr.Engineer Mechanical Maintenance

**Job Description:** As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and smooth operation of machinery and equipment in the manufacturing plant. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve any mechanical issues promptly - Developing and implementing maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency - Performing routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating parts, changing filters, and replacing worn-out components - Collaborating with the production team to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting the workflow Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a maintenance department, preferably in the Rubber/Tyre Industry Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
