Job Description


Position Overview:

Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented procurement professional to manage sourcing and procurement activities related to administrative and human resources functions. This includes procurement of office infrastructure, facility management services, HR-related contracts, agreements, stationary ,printing , CSR activities, asset sales, Branding activities and general services. The ideal candidate will possess strong vendor management skills, compliance awareness, and the ability to optimize costs while ensuring service quality

Educational Qualification:

Any bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
MBA or PG Diploma in Materials Management is an added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 810 years of procurement experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing setup, with a focus on admin and HR-related procurement.
Experience in managing service contracts, facility management, and employee welfare procurement is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Operations:

  • Manage end-to-end

    Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

    cycle for admin and HR-related items and services.
  • Source and procure office supplies, Printing, furniture, pantry items, uniforms, CSR Activities and employee engagement materials.
  • Handle procurement of services such as manpower supply, housekeeping, security, travel, transportation, cafeteria, and wellness programs.
  • Administer

    Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)

    and

    Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

    for facility services.
  • Negotiate and finalize

    Rate Contracts

    with service providers and vendors.
  • Ensure timely renewal and compliance of contracts including

    Insurance

    ,

    Statutory Licenses

    , and

    Labor Laws

    .

Cost Management & Compliance:

  • Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for admin and HR procurement.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, labour regulations, and statutory norms.
  • Manage vendor payments, advance guarantees, and performance guarantees in coordination with finance.

Operational Exposure:

  • Coordinate with Admin, HR, and Facility teams for requirement gathering and procurement planning.
  • Conduct supplier audits and service quality evaluations.
  • Prepare

    MIS reports

    , dashboards, and procurement analytics for management review.
  • Utilize

    ERP systems

    for procurement tracking and vendor performance monitoring.

Vendor Management:

  • Develop and maintain a robust vendor base for admin and HR services.
  • Evaluate vendors based on service quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Foster long-term relationships with service providers to ensure reliability and innovation.
