Asst/DyManager QA -Sheet Metal Press Shop Stamping (Exp- 7-10Yrs)

Job Profile - :

must be from sheet metal stamping Industry- .

responsible to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of Quality Plans introduced with adequate inspection/tests performed by appropriate personnel and equipment/fixtures to achieve stable manufacturing processes in meeting customers- requirement

-responsible to identify any measurement / verification requirement (in line with customer's requirement) and to establish necessary capability in sufficient time. required to ensure that periodical review is conducted on the company's quality system.

responsible to liaise with all customers on quality related matters. Any critical issue must be reported timely to the Operations Manager to prevent development of undesirable damage affecting on overall business activities with customers.

responsible to ensure timely removal of out-dated documents in QA Department.

responsible to provide Purchasing Dept. a summary of suppliers- monthly performance for supplier rating evaluation and as a basis for continual improvement

responsible to identify training needs for all QA personnel reporting to him and put the training in place.

- Preparation of PPM Data for Total Rejection at Customer, Total Internal Rejection, Total Verified Line Reject on and Bought out parts .

- On-Time measurement over Submission of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) Shipment to Customers, Reply to Customer on Corrective Action Report.

-responsible to the management on the maintenance of the company's Quality Management Systems ( ISO-9001, AS9011D, ISO/TS 16949) are implemented and maintained.

- For any assessment/audit, he shall co-ordinate the audit; be present during the auditing; acknowledge and follow up on all non-compliance/discrepancies raised and thereafter to ensure corrective action are carried out as agreed.

- need to ensure that the periodical review is conducted on the company's System. He is to plan and conduct Management

responsible for determining, establishing, implementing and maintaining processes required for a sound quality management system for the stamping process.

-Candidates from Automotive industry having hands of knowledge of IATF-16949 are preferable.
