Asst. Operation Manager - Procurement & Supply Chain

**Job Description:** As a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager in the FMCG industry, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies tailored to the food industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships to ensure a seamless flow of raw materials. - Establishing and maintaining traceability systems for food products to guarantee the traceability of raw materials from suppliers to finished products. - Identifying and mitigating potential risks in the supply chain, such as disruptions, shortages, or quality issues. - Continuously reviewing and optimizing procurement and supply chain processes for efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborating with other departments, such as finance, production, and logistics, to ensure a seamless flow of information and materials. - Designing and implementing an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures. - Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demands and achieve production targets. **Qualifications Required:** - Master of Business Administration (MBA - Supply Chain) - Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry - Good computer skills including knowledge of Excel and Google Forms - Flexible and able to perform despite tight schedules - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks at once - Must take initiative to complete tasks assigned **Additional Company Details:** The company provides health insurance benefits and a yearly bonus.
