Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Yamunanagar for an Assistant Manager in QMS (Quality Management System) at a Sterile Pharma Plant. The role involves overseeing plant operations, managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality compliance, and supervising manufacturing and production planning processes. The Assistant Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold operational efficiency and regulatory standards within the pharmaceutical sterile manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Plant Management and Operations Management to ensure smooth and efficient plant functionality
• Expertise in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations to optimize workflows and meet production targets
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality compliance specific to the pharmaceutical industry
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively and maintain collaborative working relationships
• Relevant qualifications in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or a related field are preferred
• Familiarity with sterile manufacturing processes is an added advantage
