Job Description

As a part of our team at JLL, you will play a crucial role in creating and articulating compelling value propositions for our advisory services at a regional level. Your main responsibilities will include establishing corporate relationships with key decision-makers, nurturing existing relationships, and engaging in new interactions across various levels in client organizations and service providers. You will lead business development activities for the data center, assess client requirements, execute transactions, and ensure comprehensive market coverage while proposing suitable options to clients. In this role, you will evaluate industry and business trends, analyze performance, and ensure timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase. Your responsibilities will also include facilitating billing and finance to ensure revenue recognition on a monthly basis, working on quarterly GTM plans, and tracking sales opportunities. Additionally, you may need to travel for business needs. To be successful in this position, you should hold a post-graduate degree and have 2-5 years of experience in office and commercial leasing. You should possess analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, superior interpersonal skills, independence, flexibility, dedication, and a passion for real estate and data centers.
