Asst. Manager (Electrical)

Core responsibilities

• Project planning and oversight: Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules. Review blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure electrical installations align with project specifications and electrical codes.
• Team and contractor management: Supervise and coordinate the daily work of electricians and subcontractors, providing guidance and technical support as needed.
• Safety and compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Ensure all work complies with national and local electrical codes and company standards.
• Quality control: Inspect completed electrical work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. Monitor material usage and storage to maintain adequate conditions.
• Problem-solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues that arise during installation or construction.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress. Prepare and submit reports.
• Coordination: Liaise with other departments, project managers, and on-site personnel, including civil and structural engineers, to ensure smooth workflow.
• Estimating and procurement: Estimate labor and material requirements for projects and monitor the acquisition and use of supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
