Job Description

Role & responsibilities New Part Development. Customer Communication regarding manufacturing of new project. Responsible for Tool Correction for NG Dimensions as well as aesthetical issue. Responsible for providing Time Plan to the Customer with current status. Deciding the time required for each manufacturing process needed for the Tool. Conducting internal meetings to review the internal issues & Time plan. Make the correction report & release it with action plan to concern people. Handling Customer Complaint & fulfill their requirements. Visit Customer End to resolve the technical issue. New Mold development coordination and Design preparation. Initial Feasibility study of new products Interaction with the customer for resolving technical issues in new parts. Design review & release for manufacturing of new tools Guiding new tooling project & interaction to the manufacturing plan and process Manufacturing plan VS actual work tracking, review & completion of tasks inline to meet project timelines Assembly planning, trials of new Mould & troubleshooting of problems/defects arises during the development phase ECN review of Engineering changes received from customer. Final review & submission of parts to customers to get approval for tool invoice To attend tool commission trials at customer end & sign off of tool handover New Mold development coordination and Design preparation Modification & rectification in all existing and New Molds. Attend mold trial and solve the issues. Estimation of Tool drawings. Giving instruction and operating skill on all type of conventional machine tools. Expertise in managing tool room, job allocation, and machine scheduling, controlling & managing manpower. Development of jig and fixture as per requirements. Maintenance & trouble shooting of molds and on process related activities. Preferred candidate profile
