As an Assistant Manager-Accounts & Finance at Mosil Lubricants Pvt Ltd, your role will involve handling various responsibilities related to accounts and finance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare R & D Expense Statement monthly in excel format - Reconcile stock with tech office for sales & purchase transactions - Ensure accurate and timely recording of business transactions - Generate income through proper investment strategies - Prepare Provisional Balance Sheet - Prepare R & D Statements on a monthly basis and DSIR related statements yearly - Reconcile stock with tech office for Raw Material & Finished Goods tally - Scrutinize Provisional Balance Sheet of Trail Balance **Qualification Required:** - Education: B.Com, Inter CA Preferred - Experience: 12 - 15 years - Skills: High on ownership, meticulous, results driven, documentation skills, team management - Knowledge: Operational Knowledge of SAP B1, Tally, Microsoft Excel - Specific Work Requirements: Work experience in a manufacturing concern operating SAP The position may involve travelling to the Marketing office and requires working 6 days a week with only Sunday off.
