Job Description

Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support to resolve customer queries promptly.

Guide customers through the usage of Visit Healths app and services (OPD plans, health plans, teleconsultation, etc.).   Address complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools.   Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Claims, Tech) to resolve customer issues.   Educate customers on new offerings, promotions, and features of Visit Health.   Meet daily/weekly performance targets on response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.   Collect and share customer feedback to improve processes and services.
