Associate/Senior Associate

As an experienced architect with more than 8 years of experience, you will be joining Morphogenesis, a globally recognized firm established in 1996. The firm is known for its diverse work encompassing specialized practice areas such as Master Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Interior Design, and Landscape Design, all shaped by a strong belief in sustainability. Your Role: - You will be a key member of the design team, contributing to all project phases with enthusiasm and dedication. - Coordinate with project managers and consultants to ensure project goals in design, execution, and sustainability are achieved. - Guide the team to adhere to the Firm's Design Philosophy and stay updated with global design standards and technological advancements. - Resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking and review production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks. - Maintain project manual and specifications, conduct on-site observations, and contribute to Design Reviews by gathering and presenting information. - Assist in organizing continuing professional development (CPD) workshops, creating client presentations, and supporting the growth and wellness of subordinates. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institute. - Strong design conceptualization and execution skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other advanced software. - Well-versed in architectural standards/processes and sustainability standards such as GRIHA/LEED/ECBC/WELL. - Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and commitment to producing high-quality work. - Commitment to working with teams in an engaging and positive manner while complying with Morphogenesis procedures and standards. - Applications will only be considered with uploaded portfolio/work samples.
