Position: Account Director Location: New Delhi Experience: 8-10 Years About the Role: Associated Advertising is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Director to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Client Servicing Manager with 8-10 years of proven expertise in managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly manage ongoing projects while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Address client concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolutions in a timely manner. Project Management & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, production, social, and tech, to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client goals. Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Monitor project progress and proactively manage potential risks to ensure smooth execution. Business Development & Pitching: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals for prospective clients. Lead pitches, participate in client meetings, and close deals to drive revenue growth. Strategic Growth & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services to existing clients. Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue and strengthen client engagement. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build and manage relationships with key vendors and external partners. Negotiate contracts and ensure optimal value for the company and clients. Presentation & Reporting: Create and present strategic plans, campaign performance reports, and insights to clients. Monitor and analyse account performance to identify areas of improvement and growth. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in client servicing, account management, in an advertising agency. Strong understanding of creative, digital and technology domains. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proven track record of growing client accounts and driving revenue. Monitor category trends, competitor activity, and promotional opportunities on marketplaces. Lead campaign reviews, identify scaling opportunities, and ensure spend efficiency. Maintain client relationships and present performance dashboards. Skills & Experience: 5–8 years in performance marketing, with proven e-commerce/Q-commerce experience. Strong analytics skills with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Amazon Brand Analytics, and marketplace dashboards. Knowledge on Marketing Automation flows and tools Knowledge on integrating with 3 rd party tracking tools like Seismic, Neilson etc. Hands-on expertise in both media buying and marketplace optimization.
