Job Description

- Cost effective Vehicle planning - Vendor coordination - Optimum utilisation of Vehicles. - Ensuring on time deliveries to the stores & customers - Following up for delayed deliveries - Tracking drivers on ground - Coordinating with outbound team to arrange quick pickups - Ensuring POD management - Training Team for on time delivery toward customer satisfaction - Use of Delivery tools (I-Freight & BB-TMS, OMS & SAP) - Ensuring 100% Store replenishment. - Ensuring WM hygiene. - HOTO from Inbound for Put away. - 100% put away as per defined TAT. - Ensuring picking from system suggested bin location. - 100% picking of stocks as per allocations received in the defined TAT. - RS HDEL order processing as per the EDD. - RS HDEL processing withing the defined TAT. - Coordinate with Distribution for timely HOTO of processed stocks. - Create and maintain spreadsheets for the report and analysis of data. - Provide written reports and results of data analysis to senior management. - Ensuring Not found SKUs are highlighted to the inventory team. - Follow up with the Tech team for tech issues that is affecting the order fulfilment. - Processing of Ecom order till packed. - Processing of Inter DC STOs and cancelling the aged STOs. - Maintaining stock accuracy - Ensuring WM hygiene - 100% put away as per defined TAT. - Audit of bin locations post movement of stocks. - 100% picking of stocks as per allocations received in the defined TAT. - Investigating stores short excess cases. - Coordinate and manage daily physical cycle count as per pre-defined schedule. - Record daily deliveries and shipment to maintain information required for periodic inventory reconciliation - Create and maintain spreadsheets for the report and analysis of data - Provide written reports and results of data analysis to senior management. - Regular action on slow moving inventory - Audit of consumable inventory - Maintaining stock between DC primary and reserve location of DC. - Bin optimization activity - Shortage/Excess report analysis report.
