Associate Vice President/Vice President - Private Equity/Venture Capital Fund

As an Associate/VP at a leading PE fund in Bangalore, your primary role will involve collaborating with management teams of investee companies to enhance customer-centric enterprise value. You will oversee the entire investment process, including origination, modelling, due diligence, documentation, and transaction structuring. Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to portfolio management, where you will closely monitor monthly financial and operating metrics of the companies and work on exit strategies while preparing exit recommendations.
