Job Requirements: 9+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation. Expertise in building and maintaining test automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit. Solid understanding of API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Proficiency in programming languages like C#, or JavaScript for automation scripting. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter. Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure Test Plans) and version control systems like Git. Experience in test data management and environment setup for automated tests. Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team of test engineers. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: Lead the test automation strategy, design, and implementation for complex projects. Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline. Define and implement best practices for test automation and quality assurance. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality test scripts. Plan and execute performance, load, and stress testing as required. Oversee the preparation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
