Associate Teacher

You are an enthusiastic and compassionate Associate Teacher who is eager to gain hands-on experience in early childhood education. You will assist lead teachers in conducting engaging and interactive lessons for young learners, managing and supervising Pre-Primary and Grade 1 & 2 students with care and patience. Supporting children in developing basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills is an essential part of your role. Additionally, you will help in classroom management, maintain a positive learning environment, and organize fun learning activities. Your responsibilities also include ensuring students" safety, well-being, and discipline in the classroom, assisting in preparing lesson plans and teaching aids, and interacting with parents to provide basic feedback on students" progress. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills in English, a passion for teaching and nurturing young children, and the ability to create a fun, engaging, and structured learning environment. As an ideal candidate, you are a graduate in any field or currently pursuing/completed B.Ed./D.Ed./Montessori or Early Childhood Education. Your patience, creativity, child-friendly attitude, and willingness to learn and collaborate with experienced teachers will contribute to your success in this role.
