Associate Teacher

As an Associate Teacher at our organization, you will be part of a team that is enthusiastic and compassionate about early childhood education. Key Responsibilities: - Assist lead teachers in conducting engaging and interactive lessons for young learners. - Manage and supervise Pre-Primary and Grade 1 & 2 students with care and patience. - Support children in developing basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills. - Help in classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment. - Organize and participate in fun learning activities, storytelling, and creative play. - Ensure students" safety, well-being, and discipline in the classroom. - Assist in preparing lesson plans, teaching aids, and classroom materials. - Interact with parents and provide basic feedback on students" progress. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Graduate (any field) or currently pursuing/completed B.Ed./D.Ed./Montessori or Early Childhood Education. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Passion for teaching and nurturing young children. - Ability to create a fun, engaging, and structured learning environment. - Patience, creativity, and a child-friendly attitude. - Willingness to learn and work under experienced teachers.
