Associate, Talent Analytics & Insights

As a Data Steward at Ankura, your role is crucial in analyzing and utilizing people data to drive recommendations and attract/retain talented employees. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity in our system of record (Workday) and leveraging technology to provide real-time insights to key stakeholders. Your ability to drive meaningful analysis and present insights visually will be key in this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing and driving People Insights reporting for various areas such as attrition, hiring, development, promotion, performance, and diversity. - Developing hypotheses based on data analysis and presenting recommendations for improvement in collaboration with the People Advisory function. - Leveraging Workday to create innovative Manager Self-Service solutions for key people data. - Supporting compensation survey participation, job evaluation, incentive plan design, and associated analysis. - Enabling the Workday Advanced Compensation process for year-end salary increases and bonuses. - Maintaining data confidentiality and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. - Supporting Benefits analysis and workforce planning efforts as required. In terms of qualifications and skills, you should possess: - A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. - Ideally 2 years of work experience or equivalent educational background. - Experience with data analysis tools such as Workday, Tableau, and SQL. - Ability to extract, arrange, and present data effectively for intuitive insights. - Strong visual design skills for impactful PowerPoint presentations. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience in the professional services industry. - Excellent communication, analytical, and human relations skills. - Ability to manage and prioritize escalations effectively. - High levels of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality. - Strong command skills and the ability to influence others. - Capability to coordinate and organize multiple functions and activities while multitasking effectively.
