Associate System Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Execution:

  Work with Product Owners to define the testing scope and approach. You will design, develop, and implement test plans and author test cases in tools like

  HP ALM

  to ensure all business requirements are met with the required quality and consistency.

• Validation & Quality Assurance:

  Validate that test scenarios meet feature acceptance criteria and customer expectations. You will perform

  SQL

  queries and scripting to verify accuracy across multiple environments, identifying, reporting, and tracking database defects and inconsistencies. You will also have experience creating and implementing validation protocols like

  Installation Qualification (IQ)

  and

  Operational Qualification (OQ)

  .

• Collaboration & Communication:

  Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand and test requirements. You will collaborate with the Product Owner and development teams to maintain an efficient testing process, ensuring quality deliverables.

• Methodologies & Tools:

  Utilize

  Agile

  software development methodologies (

  Scrum

  ). You will have hands-on experience with testing and validation tools, and testing frameworks. Experience with database testing,

  ETL

  testing, and a strong expertise in

  SQL

  are all highly valued.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience or a Diploma with 4-7 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in test case authoring and execution using tools like

  Veeva VVM

  or

  HP ALM

  .
• Experience with

  Agile

  software development methodologies (

  Scrum

  ).
• Strong expertise in

  SQL

  and hands-on experience with relational databases (

  Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL

  ).
• Familiarity with

  GxP, CFR 21 Part 11

  , and systems validation is a plus.

• SAFe for Teams

  or

  Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

  certification is preferred.
