Job Description

Draft comprehensive patent applications and claim amendments aligned with legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Manage patent filings in India, US and PCT, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
Administer global patent and trademark renewals to maintain active IP protection.
Prepare, review, and process Trademark License Agreements (TLA) in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate and file trademark applications across various global jurisdictions.
Manage Trademark Statements of Use (SOUs) and ensure all deadlines are met promptly.
Address queries from regulatory bodies and provide technical support related to IP matters.
Verify IP representation on label artworks submitted by regulatory and marketing teams to ensure compliance.
Maintain up-to-date records of attorney correspondence and internal communications within IP databases.
Track IP-related expenses and assist with budgeting and financial planning for IP operations.
