Job Description

You have a proven experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Technical Operations role. You have demonstrated the ability to meticulously follow technical runbooks and documented procedures. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is a part of your skill set. You also have experience with orchestration tools, preferably Puppet, and proficiency in a scripting language, preferably Python. Your strong troubleshooting and debugging skills make you stand out. The Support Model you are familiar with includes 24/7 coverage and you have good English verbal and written proficiency. Your experience of 3-6 years in Splunk administration, engineering, or support is impressive. You have hands-on experience in Splunk Search, Dashboards, ITSI (optional), troubleshooting, and maintaining systems. Additionally, you are familiar with ServiceNow workflows and working in a compliance-driven engagement model. Preferred Certifications that you hold or are willing to obtain include Splunk Core Certified Admin/Power User, ITIL Foundation for change process understanding, and Puppet/Ansible certification (Desirable).,
