Associate, Solution Engineering (TIBCO Developer - BW5)

As an Associate, Solution Engineering at Western Union in Pune, India, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on global strategic initiatives with a FinTech company that is on the brink of revolutionizing the industry. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and manage various Middleware Technologies on the AWS cloud platform. You will ensure that software functionality is optimized and well-organized, recommend enhancements to existing software programs, and troubleshoot application issues in coordination with operational, functional, and technical teams. Additionally, you will work closely with a geographically distributed software development team and service providers, providing guidance to junior associates and taking on medium to complex projects independently. To excel in this role, you should have 2-4 years of software development experience and hands-on expertise with TIBCO Active Business Works (BW) 5.X, 6.X, TIBCO BWCE, TIBCO Runtime Agent & Processes, Palettes & Grouping. Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline, automation deployment using Jenkins, Ansible, Agile/Scrum Technologies, and knowledge of AWS cloud will be beneficial. Strong skills in XML parsing, Oracle DB/SQL programming, web services & SOA, TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) JMS & Rendezvous, and TIBCO Active Spaces are essential. Moreover, a good understanding of Core Java, Java Palettes, cloud-native technologies, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are highly valued.
