Associate Solution Consultant

As a Project Consultant at SAP, your role is crucial in supporting our customers" transformation strategy through the management of cloud, on-premise, or hybrid implementation initiatives with SAP Activate methodology. You will be responsible for assisting cross-functional teams in delivering project outputs on time, on budget, and with the highest quality. Your input during the Bid Phase will be valuable in shaping the proposal, including solution delivery model, project structure, scoping, estimation, and risk assessment. You will work on complex projects that involve coordination among various parties such as third-party sub-contractors, SAP Development, and Global Support organizations. Qualifications and Skills: - Demonstrate a strong business acumen to support large-scale, high-risk, strategic projects - Ability to work on projects that span organizational boundaries and involve multiple business units and service partners/vendors - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer situations effectively - Adaptability to new technologies and methodologies to support the adoption of Rise with SAP methodology and associated tools Expectations and Tasks: - Learn and understand the Customer Services & Delivery portfolio for the respective solution areas - Participate in job rotations within the business to gain diverse experiences - Engage in case studies, classroom training, and self-paced learning on technical and soft skill topics - Work on projects that showcase your problem-solving, time management, and communication skills - Stay updated on new technologies in the dynamic environment to support the adoption of Rise with SAP methodology and associated tools Post-Academy: After completing the SAP Academy for Services & Consulting, you will have the opportunity to bring out your best at SAP.
