Associate Solution Architect

Role Overview: You will define strategic directions for the project, leading to an understanding of the tools and technology required to support end-to-end automation testing. Your responsibilities will include delivering automation solutions for all squads using the CI pipeline, if applicable, and architecting automation solutions to cover integration tests across multiple API services. You will ensure the implementation of the agreed architecture and infrastructure across squads and lead the practice while introducing the overall technical vision for automation. Additionally, you will have overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of CI & Call chains, if applicable. Other key responsibilities involve designing functional technology solutions, overseeing development and implementation for all parallel squads, ensuring code reusability across squads, and bridging the gap between business problems and technology solutions. You will provide technical leadership and support to all full-stack engineers, ensure automation alignment for every squad and milestone in every sprint, and guarantee adherence to onsite-offshore processes and agreed timelines. Furthermore, you will coordinate with users for inputs, reviews, and feedback to support project success.
