You will play a critical role in deploying and integrating RightCrowd solutions into our customers’ existing systems and infrastructure. Position Summary As an Integration Engineer , you will be responsible for delivering seamless and secure integrations of RightCrowd’s PIAM SaaS platform with clients’ enterprise systems such as HR platforms, Active Directory, physical access control systems (PACS), and other security and identity tools. You’ll collaborate closely with our customers, technology partners, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement integrations between RightCrowd’s SaaS platform and client systems (e.g., PACS, HRIS, LDAP/AD, identity providers, etc.) Work with technology partner engineers to plan and implement standard integrations to third party systems Work closely with technology partners, project managers, solution architects, and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and validation of integrations in customer environments Create and maintain integration documentation, configuration guides, and runbooks Provide technical support during deployment and post-go-live phases Ensure all integration work complies with security, compliance, and data privacy standards Contribute to continuous improvement of integration tools, frameworks, and best practices Collaborate with RightCrowd engineering team to blend new developments into existing service lines Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in software integration, implementation, or development roles Proven experience integrating SaaS solutions into enterprise IT environments Experience working with APIs (REST, SOAP), webhooks, and middleware tools Strong scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.) Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, etc Experience with C# and .NET Knowledge of networking, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP), and data transformation (JSON, XML) Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Ability to manage multiple integration projects in parallel Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent work experience Nice to Have Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, critical infrastructure) Background in physical security, identity lifecycle management, or workforce compliance Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), security, or identity solutions Experience with PACS systems (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, C CURE, Honeywell) is a strong plus Solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM), especially PIAM, is highly desirable Why Join RightCrowd?
