Associate Software Engineer - JAVA

The Associate Software Engineer (Java) is responsible for producing and implementing functional software solutions, conducting code reviews, writing test cases, and collaborating with the QA/DEVOPS team throughout the software development lifecycle. To qualify for this role, you need a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. Additionally, a minimum of 1-2 years of prior work experience in Core Java is required. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the business team and stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will design and develop software architecture for Java-based applications, ensuring they are of high quality, scalable, and maintainable. Furthermore, you will share your expertise with junior developers, guiding them in software development best practices. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will review team members" code to ensure it adheres to best practices, coding standards, and design principles. You will also be tasked with identifying and resolving complex technical issues, as well as assisting the team in troubleshooting any arising problems. Staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends is essential to ensure that the applications utilize the most current tools and frameworks. Moreover, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation such as design documents, flowcharts, and data models. Participation in project planning, estimation, and prioritization processes is expected, as is deploying Java applications to various environments like development, staging, and production.
