Associate Software Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Software Development:

  Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for

  GenAI

  content authoring and management systems. You'll build

  APIs

  and services to support

  GenAI

  content retrieval and storage, working on both front-end (

  React

  ) and back-end (

  Python

  ) components.

• Deployment & Infrastructure:

  Deploy and manage

  CMC

  content solution infrastructure using

  Infrastructure-as-Code

  . This includes using

  AWS

  services like

  RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda

  , and

  ECS

  . You will also assist with ongoing system maintenance, bug fixes, and enhancements.

• Collaboration & Documentation:

  Work closely with the product team, business team, and other stakeholders. You'll participate in technical discussions and code reviews to help drive the architecture and implementation of new features, and you'll create and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, and deployment.

• Continuous Learning:

  Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in content authoring, management, and related fields.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience or a Diploma with 4-7 years of experience in Computer Science,

  IT

  , or a related field.
• A strong technical background, including an understanding of software development processes, databases, and connected systems.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as

  Java, Python

  , or

  JavaScript

  .
• Experience working with databases (

  SQL/NoSQL

  ) and familiarity with

  API-driven

  data delivery.
• Experience with product backlog management (

  Jira

  ) and collaboration tools.
• Experience with

  GenAI

  solutions,

  CI/CD

  pipelines, and working in an

  Agile

  environment is a plus.
• An understanding of international pharmaceutical regulatory submission guidelines is also beneficial.
