Associate Software Developer

As a Software Developer at our Webel IT Park location in Kolkata, you will be part of a dynamic team working on various programming languages such as Node JS, Python, Django, Ruby on Rails, Java, React Native, PHP, C++, etc. Your primary responsibility will be to produce clean and efficient code based on given specifications. To be considered for this role, you must have graduated from an engineering college with a degree in B.Tech/Computer Science/BCA/MCA. Additionally, you should possess a strong knowledge of computer systems and technologies. During the initial 11 months, selected candidates will undergo training and receive a compensation of 1.44 LPA. Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will be offered an annual salary between 192,000.00 to 240,000.00. It is important to note that a 24-month bond will be required, meaning that no resignation will be accepted within the first two years of employment. Any breach of this bond will result in the training cost being charged to the candidate.
