Key Responsibilities: - Write captions that resonate with individuals rather than sounding like a formal press release. - Create engaging content such as memes, reels, and threads to spark conversations. - Participate in brainstorms and potentially appear on camera for suitable occasions. - Collaborate with editors and designers to transform ideas into attention-grabbing content. - Utilize AI tools for drafting, captioning, remixing, and maintaining agility in tasks. - Monitor the performance of content, make necessary adjustments, and continue experimenting to enhance engagement. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 12 years of experience in various aspects such as college projects, freelance work, managing meme pages, or pursuing side hustles. - Demonstrated success in creating content like posts, reels, memes, and edits that have proven to be effective. - Proficiency in online platforms like Reels, Shorts, Threads, Substack, and possibly Reddit. - Ability to understand why certain content becomes popular, not just the mechanisms behind it. - Strong writing skills with a creative mindset. - Comfortable with appearing on-camera in an authentic manner. - Preference for non-corporate social media environments.
