Job Description

Excellent communication in English, 1 - 3 years of experience in international voice process especially in insurance and healthcare domain. They efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls and transfer them to the relevant agent or department as per the tele calling script. Conducting surveys to collect data about customer satisfaction, churn rate, brand image and awareness, etc. Analyzing and reporting customer data to devise new strategies or update the existing ones Communicating with them through various channels, including email. Make appointments that fit into the schedule of the client and the customer. Inform customers about updates, deals, offers, promotions, and policies and keep the sales funnel in motion. I assist them if they are facing a problem and troubleshoot it. Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company. Fostering a healthy relationship between the client and the customer. Overseeing timely delivery and payment of sales orders. Handling all Voice and Processes in BPOs & Call centers.
