We aro looking an enthusiastic and well-groomed associate /Sr. Associate based in Pune. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills who can manage complex conversations with global clients while maintaining high service standards and ensure excellent customer experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED
0 to 4 years of experience with excellent command over English.
Well-versed in English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate PC skills, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Self-motivated individual, Positive and pro-active manner, Team player, Positive professional attitude, willingness to learn
Experience in international BPO will be an added advantage.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
