Associate Semi Voice (Fresher)

As an Associate in the Semi Voice role for the US Mortgage Tax Calling process, your primary responsibility will be to interact with U.S. tax authorities through calls and emails to gather property tax information, assess delinquent amounts, and organize tax data into client templates. It presents an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to establish a career in the BFSI or mortgage services sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contact local U.S. tax authorities via phone or email to collect property tax information - Accurately calculate tax amounts, including delinquent taxes, and fill out client templates - Prioritize and process orders based on criticality to meet defined TATs - Initiate mailaways as necessary, following client or process instructions - Attend all team training sessions and actively participate in continuous learning - Achieve daily productivity targets while adhering to quality and turnaround time SLAs - Maintain thorough documentation and escalate any discrepancies according to process guidelines - Perform any additional tasks delegated by management **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation or Undergraduation in any discipline - Preferably 1 year of experience in an international (US) voice or semi-voice process - Knowledge of US mortgage or title insurance processes is advantageous - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Proficient in email writing and documentation - Typing speed of 25+ WPM with at least 90% accuracy - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and basic data analysis - Quick learner, team player, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment - Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night),
