Associate- Sales & Marketing

As an Associate in the Sales Department at our Manufacturing industry in Kerala, India, you will play a crucial role in serving customers by selling products and meeting their needs. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to customer leads through cold calling, servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts. You will be expected to plan and organize your daily work schedule effectively by calling existing or potential new leads. Additionally, you will need to adjust the content of sales presentations based on the type of customer you are engaging with, and focus on establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, candidates with 0-1 year of work experience will also be considered.
