The Research Department, a customer-facing team within the Servicing Business Unit, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. As a member of this department, you will be responsible for reviewing and addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to work collaboratively with various business units to ensure that customer concerns are resolved satisfactorily. Key Responsibilities: - Review customer correspondence to understand the nature of the inquiry or complaint. - Conduct thorough analysis of customer concerns and provide accurate and comprehensive responses. - Collaborate with other business units to gather necessary information for effective resolution of customer issues within specified timelines. - Provide support to the Research department by handling processing and administrative tasks efficiently. - Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions. Qualifications: - Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex cases clearly and concisely. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word. - Strong logical and analytical thinking skills to address complex research cases effectively. - Clean disciplinary record in the past 12 months. - Performance rating of "Fully Meets Expectations" or higher in the most recent performance evaluation. - Minimum tenure of 12 months with the organization and 9 months in the current role.
