Associate Quality Control (Logistics)

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team. You should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, along with a diploma in Electrical and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an electrician. Your primary role will involve repairing damaged electrical products like room heaters, mixer grinders, and kettles. Additionally, you will be responsible for testing, analyzing, and resolving defects in products to ensure functionality. Your responsibilities will include: - Repairing damaged electrical products, including room heaters, mixer grinders, and kettles. - Conducting testing and analysis to identify defects and issues. - Finding the root cause of defects and providing appropriate resolutions. - Documenting daily tasks, repair work, and testing results. - Generating detailed reports on product defects, resolutions, and quality control measures. - Providing training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and standards. - Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and electrical regulations. - Collaborating with the team to enhance product quality and efficiency. - Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology. Qualifications required: - Diploma in Electrical or related field. - 1-2 years of experience as an electrician or in a similar role. - Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. - Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical products. - Familiarity with testing equipment, methods, technical manuals, and schematics. - Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate documentation. - Excellent problem-solving skills and effective troubleshooting abilities.
